What is your primary product or service?
We manufacture CNC foam cutting machines, including CNC hot wire foam cutters and CNC routers
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
As an electrical and software engineer I've always liked flying RC planes as a hobby and was curious about how the plane wings are cut. I have developed my first prototype in the garage - A foam cutter able to cut wings, airfoils and cores, with a hot wire that is heated by motors and power supply that melts the foam with contact. Since then our company grew and evolved to manufacture CNC routers creating 3D projects up to 16ft and more, making props, signs, letters, exhibits, prototypes and anything from foam.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Our foam cutting machines are high quality yet low cost machines. We are by far the cheapest as we manufacture our own, so we can control quality and price. We pride ourselves with a great lifetime support for our customers.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Our headquarter is located in Sunnyvale, CA at the heart of Silicon Valley. We expanded our business there to include another shop at the same street as well as we also provide foam cutting services now. We plan on adding on many other services such as 3D printing and more.

We are located at 1248 Birchwood drive, Sunnyvale, CA 94089, 15 min drive from San Jose Airport and about 40 min from San Francisco Airport (SFO). We are also close to the 237 and 101 Highways, just off Lawrence EXPY.
