We are a group of 5 food enthusiasts from southern most state of India called Kerala.All of us are experienced in hospitality and catering business.Our food called Malabar cousine is not served in any other restaurant in California.We would like people in bay area or elsewhere to enjoy our authentic taste and perfect use of spices( Kerala,India is the land of spices) .
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
The only restaurant serving Kerala ,Malabar cousine in California.You won't be able to find most of our dishes in the menu in any other Indian restaurants.Our fish specialities like "fish pollichathuand crab masala" are already popular.We serve special Sunday buffet .
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have plans to grow to a five restaurants in CA.

What are your hours of operation?
Monday through Friday Lunch is from 11.30 AM to 2.00pm.Saturday and Sunday 12.00pm to3.00pm.We serve dinner Monday through Thursday 6.00pm to 9pm and Friday,sat,and 6.0pm to 9.30pm.Sunday 6
PM to 9PM.We have every day buffet except Saturday.Sunday is our special buffet.We are closed on Tuesday.
