We have worked many hours to refine our business to not only be financially successful, but to provide the best services for our clients and the best opportunities for our employees. I think we've done a good job of doing each of those things and have created a solid culture in and around Mike Counsil Plumbing & Electric; that's what's most important, although the recognition is nice!
