When my husband and I purchased our first multi residential property, I became interested in learning more about real estate. Not long after that, I got my license,and the rest is history!
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I offer personal attention to all of my clients, and stress professionalism all along the way.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
I have an office in Capitola,CA and do not plan on more space.

Located South of Silicon Valley over Highway 17 to Hwy 1 South, to 41st Ave., then left (east) on Capitola Rd, an immmediate left to 42nd Ave., and left into the parkihg lot.
What type of payments do you accept?
By law, real estate commissions and fees are always negotiable between the client and the broker.
Which areas do you service?
Capitola, Santa Cruz City and County, Watsonville, Aptos, Scotts Valley, Los Gatos mountains from the ocean to the mountains
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
I am the broker/owner. I do not have agents under my license. I prefer personal attetion--an exclusive, private boutique office.
