How long have you been in business?
I have been state licensed and bonded since 1993. Lic No 679042.
What is your primary product or service?
For the past 10 years I have focused on Bathroom and Kitchen remodeling and designs. Out of a growing demand, approximately 4 years ago I added fireplace remodeling. But I also provide a wide variety of additional sevices such as tile, drywall repair and texturing, fire damage, water damage, insurance work, electrical and plumbing.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I have over 35 years experience in every aspect of construction. This has been a major asset as I am capable of providing a wider variety of services and keeping all of the work in house instead of subcontracting various trades out to other contractors.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
It first starts with providing my customers with a free estimate at their residence. I am always on time and I take time to go over all the little details and answer all their questions and concerns relating to every aspect of the project. Further, most customers do not have very much knowledge of the remodeling options such as types/sizes of tile, tubs, sinks etc. So I always provide various options for them to consider.
Second, as explained above, I have 35 + years experience in all the trades. My customers are always very pleased to hear that I do all the work myself. I am very proud of the quality of the work I provide and I have many references and photos to reflect the qulity of my work.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
I work all of Santa Clara County and on occassion I have taken jobs in Santa Cruz and Alameda depending on the amount of work and location. This area provides ample work and I have no desire to expand at this time.
What type of payments do you accept?
I accept personal checks, money order and cash. Sorry but due to the increased costs I do not accept any credit cards.
Which areas do you service?
All of Santa Clara County and parts of Santa Cruz County and parts of Alameda County.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
This is my business and I provide all services personally.
From the estimate to the final product. This way I control the quality of the work.
What are your hours of operation?
My normal hours are from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm 7 days a week.
I also advertise that I am available for 24 hour Emergency Repairs 7 days a week.
