Exceptional Client Service
Law offices of Roy Litherland were very clear and thorough in their explanations. The office is very professional and client- oriented.
I feel very confident that all of my assets are protected and no longer have to worry about these things in the event of being incapacitated or death. I would highly recommend this office and have.

The Best Gift.
It has been a pleasure working with Roy W. Litherland and Associates. Our first interaction was setting our parents trusts. He helped us through both of their passings. Now my brother and I have set up our trusts. It is such a relief to be able to give the gift of a well planned trust to those loved ones in your life.

Easily Understood Trust Process.
We found Roy Litherland & his staff to be very complete in our Trust process. Everything was presented in a easy to understand and common sense manner. All of our questions were also answered in a easy to understand terms. We were made to feel comfortable with the entire process.

Realizing Our Dream.
We have been wanting to create a Living Trust since we attended Roy’s seminar a few years ago, but life got in the way. By the time we were ready, we had already forgotten what we’d learned. So, after re-attending his seminar, we immediately sign up for an appointment and after our 1st appointment, it took almost 1 ½ years to create our Living Trust. I feel like Roy and his team have been a part of my lives and as a result of their friend professionalism combined with their persistent follow up and consistent insights, we were able to realize our dreams of protecting our assets and setting up a structure for our kids well being.
